You’re here to meet people and a profile helps you do that. Filling out a profile will allow us to find members who are right for you, and make sure you’re right for them. You’ll also be able to start saying Hi to members who strike your fancy. Not to mention, it’s the only way other members can find you. So what have you got to lose? Post your profile today |

How do I register on AsianCircuit.com? |

Click onto ‘Join For Free’ or click on any of the Circuits to complete the registration form. The fields you will need to complete are:

This name will appear on your profile and needs to be unique. |

These fields are for our records and will not be visible to other members. |
| Gender: |
This is used to match you to other people’s searches |
| Date of Birth: |
This is also used to match you to other people’s searches |

| Email Address : |
Your email address is always hidden. We will never pass it on to a third party. We simply need it to make sure that you have control of that address and to send you occasional and relevant information about AsianCircuit.com |

If I'm a member of LoveCircuit and want to join another section (e.g. CareerCircuit) what do I need to do? |
|
All you need to do is to go to the section you want to join and create a profile. You can do this from ‘My Account/Login’ link on the top navigation bar. Just click the circuit you want to join (i.e. DateCircuit, SocialCircuit, CareerCircuit ot StudentCircuit) and answer the additional profile questions. |

Can I join DateCircuit, LoveCircuit, SocialCircuit, CareerCircuit and StudentCircuit at the same time? |
|
Yes you can! All you need to do is to create a separate profile for each Circuit. |
|
Do I have to register separately for DateCircuit, LoveCircuit, SocialCircuit, CareerCircuit and StudentCircuit? |
|
No, you don't! Once you register with AsianCircuit.com you are entitled to use DateCircuit, LoveCircuit, SocialCircuit, CareerCircuit and StudentCircuit. Although there are individual profiles for each Circuit, there is only one registration! |

Do I need to create separate profiles for DateCircuit, LoveCircuit, SocialCircuit, CareerCircuit and StudentCircuit? |
|
Yes you do. If you have already created a profile in one circuit, that information will be carried over to the profile of the other circuit you are joining, and you will only need to complete any additional fields required for that circuit. |

I have completed my profile, but my narratives are not showing up in my profile? |
|
Once you complete your profile, we will review your narratives within 48 hours. We review each and every profile to provide our members with a comfortable environment, also ensuring them the best quality of people on the site. In the instance where we have to reject your narratives, you will be sent an email informing you of this. Please login to your account and click on ‘Edit account’ to amend your narratives. You will find some Tips above the narrative section to help you complete this section. |

What are AsianCircuit.com's profile guidelines? |
|
We may reject profiles if the narrative text contains any of the following:
- Any direct contact information (i.e. email addresses, URLs, ICQ/instant messenger IDs, phone numbers, full names, addresses)
- Any location or descriptive information that threatens a member's anonymity
- Abusive language of any kind (i.e. vulgarity, racism, sexism etc.)
- Discussion of description of illegal acts or behaviour (i.e. drug use, violence, criminal acts)
- Business or political advertisements or solicitations
- Material that exploits or solicits personal information form individuals under the age of 18
- Foreign languages (to effectively monitor profiles, they must be in English)
- Solicitation of multiple or additional partners
- Unauthorised use of copyrighted or trademarked material
- Overt sexual innuendo or discussion AsianCircuit.com doesn't accept content from:
- Incarcerated individuals
- Individuals under the age of 18

How may images can I upload? |
|
You can upload up to 5 images in your profile. Please note an image MUST NOT exceed 2mg in size. Please re-size any large images down to a minimum size in any basic photopaint type package. |

Do you tell others my email address? |
|
Not at all. We don't reveal any personal contact information to any other members. Only you can choose who you'd like to share personal contact information with. You'd do this through your private communications with other members. |
Forgotten Password?

I’ve forgotten my password... |
|
Click on the link ‘forgot password?’ and this will prompt you to enter your email address. An email will be sent to you asking you to verify that you have requested the password reset. Once you have clicked on this, you will be re-directed back onto AsianCircuit website where you can re-set your password. |

I have registered but can’t get back into the site? |
|
Double check that your password is the same as when joining, also check your Username is correct. If in doubt you can have your login details resent at any time by clicking the “forgot password” link on the Home Page then providing your username or email address, your password will then be sent by email. If problems persist then please contact us. |

How do I change my email address or password? |
|
To change your password go into "My Account" then "Reset Password. To change your email address go to my account and then edit profile, here you can change all personal details including your email address. |

I no longer want to receive newsletters. |
|
You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe icon on your newsletter. |
Searching for Profiles
|
What is the best way to search for people? |
|
There are various ways to search for new friends on AsianCircuit.com and below we tell you the best and quickest ways to search:
| Quick Search: |
On the top navigation bar, there is a search option. In here you can do a quick search by simply stating the gender of the person you are looking for, their age range, their Area, whether you want to see only those profiles with photos and from which Circuit. This will search for and show all members within that search criteria.

| Advanced search: |
This is located under the Quick Search. It allows you to be very specific about the member you wish to see in your results. You can request specific hair and eye colour, build, religion, ethnicity and even down to whether they have children. You can save your search criteria by giving your search a name and then clicking ‘submit & save’.

| Member name search : |
You may know, or have been recommended a member who’s profile you wish to see. By clicking on the link ‘Name Search’, you can type in their name in the box provided and go instantly to their profile. Make sure you have the spelling correct though!

| Photo gallery : |
When viewing a member’s profile, you can also choose ‘View My Gallery’ which show a member’s photo gallery.

Making Contact

How do I make Contact for Free? |
|
As a registered member, provided you have completed your profile, you can make contact free with other members. Click on the icon beside the member’s profile that reads ‘Say Hi’. The recipient will receive a mail in their inbox showing your interest in them. |
|
How do I contact a member? |
|
Click on the icon beside the member’s profile that reads ‘Send Mail’. By clicking on here you will be able to send the member a message. This option is only available to Full Members who have subscribed to this circuit. |
|
How can I chat on-line? |
|
The Chat Facility allows you to enter into a chatroom conversation or have a private, one to one conversation with other members. You have to be a Full Member to be able to use this communication tool. You can choose to go into individual chatrroms specifically for a circuit. For example, you can choose the Career Circuit chatroom so that you know the people chatting here will be chatting about similar things. To access the Chat facility, please select Chat from the Community menu.

Do I have to pay to send and receive messages? |
|
You can make contact free by selecting ‘Say Hi’ within a profile. This will show another member that you are interested in them. To send a complete text message and to use the on-line chat facility, you will need to be a Full Member by subscribing to the Circuit(s). |

What are Friends for? |
|
The Friends function works along the lines of a 'bookmark'. All members that you find interesting you can add to your Friends List for a quick and easy access. Also, once in your Friends List you will not have to search for them among others to find out if they are online or not. |

How can I add members to ‘My Friends List’? |
|
You can add members to your Friends List from members profile pages by clicking 'Add Profile'. |
|
How can I see members that have saved me as their Friend? |
|
From the side navigation bar, select the option ‘Who Likes Me’ to see who has added you to their Friends List. |

Where can I find a ‘Hi’ that has been sent to me? |
|
This will be sent to your mailbox. You can view your messages by clicking on ‘Inbox’ on the side navigation bar within your account. |
|
How do I say "Hi!" to let a person know I’m interested? |
|
Say "Hi!" by clicking ‘Say "Hi!"’ in a member’s profile. They'll instantly know you'd like to know them better. Remember, your profile has to be visible to say Hi. |
|
Why am I not getting very many/any responses? |
|
If you want to increase your level of responses just post a photo. Research shows that profiles with photos are 8 times more likely to receive a response. |
|
How do I block someone I don't want to talk to/receive mail from? |
|
To block a member click 'Block' on this member's profile. 'Block' stops a member from sending you mail or chatting to you. |
|
How can I see if I have been blocked by a member?? |
|
You will only know you have been blocked when you try and send the user who has blocked you a message, You will see a notice saying “You can't send messages to users who blocked you.” |
Managing your Profile

How can I create a profile on a different circuit? |
|
Easy, simply go to my account and click “join” to whichever circuit you want to add, this will take you to the registration just follow the instructions to complete your profile. |

How can I edit my profile? |
|
From ‘My Account’ page, select the link ‘Edit Profile’. You can go to any section and edit your profile within here. Your changes will be saved and you can view the changes by going into ‘View Profile’ |

If I change my profile within one Circuit, will it update my profile within the other Circuits? |
|
Yes. |
|
Are there any tips to make my profile more appealing? |
|
When completing your profile, you will see tips on how best to create a good profile. These tips will appear alongside the narrative boxes. |
|
Can I temporarily hide my profile? |
|
If you would like to hide your profile then please contact us and we will de-activate your account. |
|
Is it essential to attach a photo to my profile? |
|
Statistics show that by adding a photo to your profile increases the number of times your profile is viewed. Just as you, probably are more likely to go into the profiles where you can see the other member’s photo. The most viewed profiles are those that have photos. |
Becoming a Full Member

What is the status of my subscription? |
|
By clicking on My Account, you can see the circuits that you have become a member of. To see the status of your membership go to View Subscription from the Membership menu. |

Why isn't my billing information being accepted/saved when I enter it? |
|
If you are having trouble with your billing information not being accepted or saved, it could be for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect/Invalid credit card number
- Expired credit card number
- Credit card over limit
Try re-entering your information. If you still experience problems, please contact us. |

How do you process payment? |
|
When you register with us, we never ask for a credit card number up front. It's free to create a profile and post up to 5 photos (up to 2mg per photo). Only if you choose to upgrade to Full Membership (allowing you to contact other members of AsianCircuit.com), we would require a payment information, but that's only when you choose to pay - not before. If you have any question(s) that has still not been answered by any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact us. |

Continuous Membership |
|
Full members can subscribe for 6 months or 12 months. At the end of their term, their subscription will be automatically re-newed. An email notification will be sent to the members 28 days prior to the renewal date. You can cancel the renewal anytime prior to the renewal date and no payment will be taken. |
|
I don't want to renew my membership... |
|
Please be assured that it is your choice if you do not wish to renew your membership. Please contact us when you receive your renewal notification if you do not wish to renew your membership and no further payments will be taken.
Without paying the AsianCircuit renewal fee, you can still search the site and receive unlimited emails as well as view other members' profiles and photographs, so your name will remain listed on the site unless you choose to remove it.
If you would prefer to completely remove your details from AsianCircuit.com, you can do this by going to the 'Contact Us' area on the website and requesting your details to be removed from the site. |
